In an effort to strengthen technological education in the region, Cáritas Callao has established a strategic alliance with ESAN for the training of teachers and students in Callao in computer networks. This initiative seeks to provide digital tools that allow young people to develop skills in a high-demand field and improve their future job opportunities.
First training with great results
As part of this agreement, in 2024 the first training was held at the San Pedro public school, located in Ciudad del Pescador. In this first experience, more than 100 fifth-grade high school students were trained in computer networks, acquiring theoretical and practical knowledge in the management of connectivity systems.
The impact of the program was so significant that the students managed to stand out in a final competition, where they put what they learned during the training to the test. This achievement demonstrated the effectiveness of the training and motivated ESAN and Cáritas Callao to expand the program to more educational institutions.
Expansion of the program to more schools
Given the success of the first training, ESAN will continue with the training program, extending it to more teachers and students from other educational institutions in Callao on a sustained basis. This initiative will not only strengthen the digital skills of students, but will also allow teachers to acquire updated knowledge in computer networks to replicate them in their classrooms.
A commitment to the future of education
Cáritas Callao reaffirms its commitment to the education and development of young people from Callao, providing them with opportunities that allow them to prepare for the challenges of the digital world. Thanks to this alliance with ESAN, more students and teachers will be able to access specialized training that will contribute to improving the quality of education in the region.
We will continue working together to build a future with more opportunities for our young people!
