Cáritas Callao invites all faithful and the general community to participate in the 3rd Formative Meeting on the Fratelli Tutti Encyclical by Pope Francis. This event will take place on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at the Basilica Sanctuary of Our Lady of Carmen of La Legua.
This third workshop, specifically aimed at the Youth Ministry, is part of a series of meetings organized by Cáritas Callao to delve into the message of fraternity and social friendship proposed by the Holy Father in his encyclical. The first two meetings were targeted at the deaneries of Callao, and now, the focus is on involving young people, who play a crucial role in building a more supportive and fraternal future.
The Fratelli Tutti encyclical is a call to unity and the construction of a fairer and more supportive society, where everyone is recognized as brothers and works together for the common good. In this meeting, there will be an in-depth discussion on how these principles can be applied in the lives of young people and in the actions of Cáritas Callao.
Participation in the workshop is free, and attendees are expected to take away tools and reflections that inspire them to be agents of change in their respective environments.
